Union Graduate College provides two highly selective, specialized MBA programs that prepare students for leadership positions in business. Both have attained accreditation by the international Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) – the highest standard of achievement for business schools worldwide. Both also are available to full- and part-time students and culminate in a capstone project that includes extensive field experience.

Union Graduate College offers their MBA programs in an accelerated format with specific undergraduate institutions. The MBA is also available as part of a joint degree with Albany Law School (JD/MBA or MBA in Healthcare Management) or Albany College of Pharmacy (PharmD/MBA or MBA in Healthcare Management, BS/MBA MBA or MBA in Healthcare Management).
  • The Union Graduate College MBA combines a solid foundation in business administration with an emphasis on one of four areas of concentration: Finance, Economics, Marketing and Operations, or Global Business. For their capstone project, students act as consultants and managing partners for an existing business or start-up venture, and develop a comprehensive business plan.

  • The Union Graduate College MBA in Healthcare Management combines business fundamentals and theory with a specialization and practical applications in the healthcare industry. The program is one of only four in New York State to be accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME).
